Can A Jewelry Heal You?

I still remember the pain I felt in my foot and the anxiety that was raising in the back of my head...

The road running race I had planned and trained for so long was suddenly at a risk to be canceled for me.

Because when I went to bed the night before I noticed a tingling sensation in my right foot which I`ve never felt before. Thinking I would just sleep it away I got very disappointed waking up the next morning to an even stronger pain. I had no idea where this pain came from, but thinking back on it today, I guess it was a result of overtraining.

As there was no time to see the doctor I instead rushed to the contest. When entering the arena I ran into another participant, an old friend which I haven`t seen in a while. He asked me how I was doing and if I was ready for the competition. With the pain now pulsing through my entire leg I told him very disappointed that I wasn`t even sure I would go through it.

During my warm-up, the pain had not only migrated up towards my hip, but my mind as well, and as I was explaining this to my friend he pulled a little turquoise/greenish rock out of his pocket and gave it to me. He told me that this little thing has helped him through some tough emotional pain and physical imbalances (I barely understood what he was talking about) and that I should have it through this race as I needed it more than him that day. Without any time for arguing nor questioning these claims from what I saw as just a colored rock, I put it in my pocket and headed for the starting line.

My plan was to just start and see how I felt, knowing I could always stop.

I knew how mad I would be at myself if I didn't even give it a try, considering all the effort I had put in the training ahead of the race.

And what happened??

Not only did I finish the race in a good shape without noticeable pain, I also broke my personal record!

Is it really the stone itself that heals the human mind and body or is it just the placebo effect?

The debate is ongoing but one thing is a fact - it somehow works! That is for me a good enough reason to surround me with these little energy boosters, and that they look exquisite too doesn`t make it any worse...

But it really made me interested in learning more about how on earth (literally) a stone can have any kind of effect on the human body. There is a ton of information, testimonials and research out there, but in a nutshell here`s a brief explanation...

So I thought these were a good fit for my store as I`m kinda obsessed with finding products with high value. I also have the pendant on me right now.
